This page explains who creates the content on Drink Calorie Calculator, where the numbers come from, and how we keep them accurate.
Who writes and reviews
- All pages and data updates are written or reviewed by Muhammad Saif Ullah, founder and editor (about him).
- Nothing is published until he has checked it.
Where the numbers come from
- Standard drinks and sizes use nutrition Starbucks publishes for its U.S. menu.
- Customizations (pumps, milk, shots, foam, toppings) are calculated from per-ingredient data and marked as estimates.
- Full details are on our methodology page.
How we check accuracy
- An automated test compares every standard recipe and published milk swap with Starbucks’ published values before each update.
- The current version passes all 849 checks.
- When Starbucks hasn’t published a value, we show it with an asterisk (*) instead of presenting it as official.
How we keep it current
- We review the menu when Starbucks launches a new season and add new drinks as soon as nutrition is available.
- Every data change is dated in our changelog.
Corrections
- If you find a number that doesn’t match, contact us.
- We check it against the published source, fix confirmed errors, and note the fix in the changelog.
Use of AI tools
- We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts.
- Every page is edited by a person, and every number is checked against our calculator data before publishing.
Independence and ads
- This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Starbucks Corporation.
- No brand pays to change our numbers or rankings.
- If we ever show ads, they will never sit above the calculator or affect the results.
Health note
- Results are estimates for general information, not medical or dietary advice.
- If you have allergies, diabetes or another health condition, check with Starbucks and your doctor or dietitian.
