Why we built it
Official nutrition is published only for standard recipes. Most people customize their drink, so the number they see rarely matches the cup in their hand. This calculator starts from published U.S. nutrition values and adjusts them ingredient by ingredient for every change you make.
How accurate is it?
Every standard recipe is checked against published values, and customizations are calculated from per-ingredient data. Full details are on our methodology page. Results are estimates for general information and are not medical or dietary advice.
